ROCK"N"OAK ENTERPRISES, LLC was established in 1988 by owners Dale and Barbara Carey to design, build and retail forced air outdoor woodburning furnaces. Son Dale Jr. "DJ" was their only employee at that time. In 1991 the company added the GOODMAN residential heating and cooling line to the business. This included retail and installing outdoor forced air woodburning furnaces and residential heating and cooling systems.

In 1992 the company began subcontracting all of the installations out to AC Heating & Cooling, a local contractor. In 2001 Dale & Barb took a big interest in motorcycle trikes & decided to build some for resale at which time R-N-O CUSTOM MOTORCYCLE TRIKES, a division of ROCK"N"OAK ENTERPRISES, was established.

In 2009, son DJ took an interest in taxidermy & went to school at the Missouri Taxidermy Institute. DJ graduated from the school and added another phase to the business called R-N-O TAXIDERMY & DEER PROCESSING, a division of ROCK"N"OAK ENTERPRISES.

In July 2010 the company filed for an LLC [LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY] and became ROCK"N"OAK ENTERPRISES, LLC. At that time the company added Dale Carey Jr. as a third owner. Dale and Barb have since retired and DJ now heads up the company. Dale sr. continues to build a few custom motorcycle trikes.
